Noticeboard

Appointments
An appointment lasts 10 minutes. Book an appointment for each person to be seen. We aim to offer you an appointment with the first available doctor or nurse if you need to be seen within 48 hours.

Telephone Advice
It is not always necessary to have a face-to-face consultation. The doctor is available from 12.30 till 1.00pm for telephone advice, and after 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions may be requested in person, in writing, by telephone, by fax
or online.

Home Visits

Home visits are ONLY for patients who are too ill to come to the surgery or who are housebound  because of disability.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery..
